If you have dental insurance we will send a claim to your insurance carrier; you have final responsability for paying for the service provided.
When we do large, more complex cases, Dr. Cole will provide you with a treatment plan showing your treatment cost.
If you ever have questions about the cost of services, please ask any member of our staff. We will do our best to make sure you understand your treatment options, how those options affect you, and what the options cost.
